The house is located in a site overlooking the mountain in Adames area in Kifissia. The external part of the house pre-existed while the internal part had to be fully re-designed and re-constructed according to the owner’s personality and needs.

    The layout is composed in three zones, one on each level. The living area and the kitchen with the dining room are on the ground floor, the master bedroom with an office on the 1st floor and a bedroom with its own bathroom in the attic space.

    The applied materials were chosen in order to harmonize the residensial’s interior with the natural landscape.

Therefore, for the resting areas and the bedrooms, a natural wooden color was chosen, for the two baths colored cement mortar was applied on the walls and pebbles on the floor, while the walls and the floor in the main bathroom is cladded with a light colored stone. The baths’& kitchen’s counter-tops are made of quartz and cabinets of  oak and  off-white lacquer.

    The choice of colors were earthly tones and simple, functional furnishings complete the setting.
